8:00 AM
CONTEMPORARY WORSHIP
Join us at 8:00 AM in the Family Life Center for a relaxed, contemporary worship experience. This service blends a casual style of worship with the richness of Lutheran liturgy and includes Holy Communion each week. The prayground, a soft play area, is available in the back of the Family Life Center for young children, making it a comfortable place for everyone to worship together.
9:15 AM SUNDAY SCHOOL
Join us for Sunday School at 9:15 AM! We offer classes for all ages, from preschool children to adults, providing opportunities to learn, grow in faith, and connect with others. We offer a young adults class as well as three additional adult classes so we encourage adults to find a class that fits where they are in their life of faith! Whether you’re young or young at heart, there’s a place for you to grow and discover more about God’s Word.
10:30 AM
TRADITIONALWORHSIP
Join us at 10:30 AM in the Sanctuary for our Traditional Worship Service. This service features our Celebration Choir, familiar Lutheran liturgy, meaningful worship, and Holy Communion. A nursery is also available down the hall for families who need it, so everyone can worship in a welcoming and comfortable environment.

Whether you enter through the Family Life Center doors for our 8:00 AM Contemporary Worship Service or the Sanctuary doors for our 10:30 AM Traditional Worship Service, you’ll be greeted with kindness, warm smiles, and a friendly welcome. We want everyone who walks through our doors to feel comfortable, valued, and right at home.
Assistance
Friendship Lutheran Church is committed to making worship welcoming and accessible to everyone. Handicap parking is available, and wheelchairs are available for those who may need assistance. Our ushers are also happy to provide help and guidance during your visit. Please don’t hesitate to ask—we’re glad to assist!
Connection, Communication, and Fellowship
If you’re visiting Friendship Lutheran Church for the first time, we’re glad you’re here! Welcome bags are available at the entrances to our worship spaces with helpful information about our church and ways to get connected. We invite you to fill out a visitor information card, located on the chairs and in the pews, so we can stay in touch and help you feel at home. At Friendship, we value fellowship and building relationships within our church family. On months with a fifth Sunday, we gather for a special combined worship service at 10:00 AM, bringing our congregation together for worship and fellowship. Attire
On Sundays at Friendship Lutheran Church, we invite you to come as you are and worship with us. Whether you dress up or come casual, you are welcome here. Our hope is that you feel comfortable, accepted, and at home as we gather together in worship, fellowship, and faith.
Children
Children are an important and welcomed part of worship at Friendship Lutheran Church! Every Sunday, children are invited to participate in our worship services through our Noisy Offering and a special Children’s Sermon. Coloring pages are available at the entrances to our worship spaces, and families can also enjoy a soft play area in the Family Life Center. A nursery is available for families who need it. We believe children are the future of the church, and we joyfully welcome them to worship, learn, grow, and be part of the Friendship family!
Communion
Holy Communion is celebrated each Sunday at Friendship Lutheran Church as we gather together in worship and remember Christ’s love and sacrifice. All are welcome to participate in Holy Communion, the table is open to all. If you wish to participate in Communion, please pick up your pre-packaged Communion elements, which are available at the entrances to our worship spaces, before the service begins. Wine and grape juice kits are available. We invite you to join us at the Lord’s Table as we share in this special time of worship and fellowship. All are welcome!
